Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy (BCLA), equips elementary and middle school students with the tools of learning to thrive within a classical environment. The key is that we teach our students HOW to think, not what to think, and HOW to learn, not what to learn. Visit our brand new K-12 campus in Huntersville, NC to learn more about our school model, classrooms designed for learning, and steps to apply.

With over 20 years of experience in classical education, Dr. Christy Williamsen serves as the Lower School Director at Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy. She brings to our school a unique combination of academic excellence and leadership, grounded in a deep passion for the classical model of education.

At Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy, Dr. Williamsen is dedicated to partnering with families and staff to provide a high-quality, authentic classical education that involves educating the whole person - mind, body, and heart by seeking intellectual, physical, and moral excellence for all.
